Description
Oversee regional logistics operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely dispatch of goodsLead warehouse, dispatch, and delivery teams including dispatch coordinators, drivers, and warehouse staffManage a network of third-party logistics and transportation providers across North AmericaCoordinate delivery scheduling and customer booking processes to ensure precision and reliabilityMonitor inventory flow, warehouse operations, and storage efficiency to maintain strong inventory accuracyDevelop dispatch planning including routing, scheduling, and operational coordinationProactively communicate product delays or delivery issues with internal teams and customersImplement systems and processes to track inventory, shipments, and delivery performanceEvaluate and negotiate transportation and logistics contracts to ensure cost efficiency and service qualityDrive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, technology, and vendor managementEnsure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry logistics standardsPrepare reporting and performance metrics including delivery timelines, cost performance, and service levelsLeadership & Collaboration
Partner closely with retail leadership, showrooms, customer service teams, and manufacturing partnersSupport cross-functional coordination between logistics, supply chain, and sales operationsLead and develop operational teams while fostering a positive and collaborative environmentMaintain strong relationships with transportation and logistics partners to support operational excellenceRequirements
Experience managing logistics or supply chain operations across multiple North American marketsStrong understanding of warehousing, dispatch operations, and transportation logisticsDemonstrated leadership experience managing operational teams and external partnersStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detailExperience working with ERP or logistics management systems• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools• Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication and relationship-building skillsThe Ideal Candidate
