Pay rate: 23$/h-24$/h
Responsibilities- Pay Station and equipment maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on pay stations and parking equipment to ensure they function efficiently. Address any issues promptly to minimize downtime. Implement solutions efficiently and effectively to ensure continuous operation. - Shipping and Receiving:
Shipping and receiving equipment such as pay stations and other items. Ability to lift and move equipment onto and off pallets. - Parts replacement:
Identify faulty parts in equipment and replace them with new components to maintain optimal performance. - Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate inventory records of pay station components and equipment parts. Replenish inventory as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. - Rate table management:
Collaborate with the team to update and maintain rate tables, especially during events and promotions, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across locations. - New Locations Setup:
Participate in planning, preparing, setting up, configuring, and coordinating new locations by assisting with equipment installation and system configuration and ensuring all components are operational before launch. - System Operations:
Learn and operate various systems and software used in daily operations and support and train team members as needed. - Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across different areas, including the lower mainland, Vancouver Island, and BC Interior, to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Technical Aptitude:
Ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment and software issues; previous experience in a technical support role is an asset. - Organizational
Skills:
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, coordinate schedules, and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with contractors and service providers, collaborate with team members, and provide clear instructions. - Adaptability:
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, schedule needs, and circumstances. - Team player:
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture. - Geographical Flexibility:
Willingness to travel and work across different regions as required. - Ability to Lift Moderate Weight:
Capable of lifting moderate weight as required for handling equipment and materials. - Must Possess a Vehicle: A company car is not provided. Candidates must have their own vehicle to travel between locations.
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
