** What You'll Be Doing
*** Coordinate and dispatch aggregate deliveries to meet customer and project requirements
* Monitor schedules and adjust dispatch plans to optimize efficiency
* Communicate effectively with Sub contractors, Depot staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
* Troubleshoot and resolve dispatch-related issues in real time
** What Are We Looking For
*** Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
* Clear communication skills to collaborate across teams and with customers
* Problem-solving mindset with capability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
* Commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence
