• Coordinate and dispatch aggregate deliveries to meet customer and project requirements.
• Monitor schedules and adjust dispatch plans to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, depot staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve dispatch-related issues in real time.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
