• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions
• Coach boxing fundamentals, strength, and conditioning
• Modify workouts for all fitness levels and injuries
• Track client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Create strong client relationships that drive retention

• Build and maintain a personal training client base
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
• Support PT sales conversations and follow-ups
• Represent Rumble professionally during all client interactions

• Create a positive, welcoming, and motivating environment
• Uphold Rumble’s coaching standards and brand values
• Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a seamless member experience
• Bring energy, professionalism, and consistency every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer (AFLCA, CANFIT PRO, or equivalent)
• CPR / First Aid certified
• Experience coaching strength & conditioning and/or boxing (asset)
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours

• Ability to demonstrate boxing, running, jumping, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Fast-paced studio environment
