Assistant Studio Manager

This role requires weekend morning availability

We’re looking for someone who loves sales—or is ready to learn why sales is one of the most valuable career skills you can master. As the Studio Manager’s right hand, you will build rapport, take ownership of your results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping manage the Sales Team and managing the health of the studio’s sales funnel.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive membership sales through relationship-building, follow-up, and strategic outreach
• Own the lead funnel: nurture and convert leads (no cold calling, ever!)
• Deliver exceptional first impressions to every visitor and prospective member
• Learn and present the Orange theory Fitness concept with confidence and clarity
• Work alongside coaches to guide new members through their first class experience
• Support your Studio Manager by stepping in with leadership and problem-solving when needed
• Respond to member concerns with professionalism and accountability
• Execute in-studio and community marketing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment
