We’re hiring a Software Engineer to help scale and evolve our Crop-Scanner™ agtech platform — used by growers and advisors around the world. You’ll design and build new features, improve system performance, and bring innovation to the front lines of sustainable agriculture.

• Independently design, implement, and maintain moderately complex features and services.
• Write high-quality, testable, maintainable code aligned with team standards.
• Participate in design and code reviews; provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues spanning multiple system components.
• Collaborate with product to clarify requirements and trade-offs.
• Suggest and implement improvements to tools, processes, and documentation.
• Demonstrate accountability by owning tasks from design through delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Technical Execution:
  Proficient in the team’s tech stack; can deliver features with minimal guidance.
• Design:
  Capable of designing small to medium systems and evaluating trade-offs.

• 2-4 years of experience working in team software development.
• College diploma in Software Development or University degree in Computer Science.
