The Product Innovation team shapes, surprises, and engineers delight into the future guest experience through advanced innovation principles. We go beyond classic research and development, exploring possibility for both body and mind within all the places that our guests and Lululemon choose to play together.
Core ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager, Innovation Management serves as the central hub for strategy, operations, and thought partnership across the early‑stage Innovation & Athlete Performance Portfolios. This role mobilizes a diverse ecosystem of researchers, creatives, academics, start‑ups, and cross‑functional partners to transform nascent ideas into innovation concepts that are valuable, viable, and holistically considered.
- Lead and develop team members
- Manage human insights, applied scientific research, make, and raw material creation through a wide array of techniques
- Deliver understandable, translatable, and immersive evaluations of products and technologies supporting the business in strategic decision making
- Communicate expertise through analytical methods to explore how guests interact with products in relevant environments, generating a prolific output of potential value propositions for our guests
- Determine how and where to scale innovation and maintain the integrity and intention of those innovations
- A degree in management, sport science, business, merchandising, or relevant operational field
- 12+ years of experience influencing product creation, business thinking, and unlocking new knowledge, with proven experience in Innovation Management

Compensation And Benefits PackageLululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is CAD $167,400–219,700 annually; base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to eligibility requirements.
