This team plays a vital role in bridging the gap between Jobber’s customers (SPs) and their customers (SCs). We build and iterate on impactful customer‑facing features, including Reviews, Referrals, and a suite of marketing tools, to help home service businesses win more work. As a technical champion and force multiplier, you lead and mentor teams of exceptional engineers while collaborating closely with Product and Design partners to tackle complex technical challenges. Your expertise spans architecture, design, and hands‑on coding, allowing you to have a significant impact on the product and our customers. A portion of your time is allocated to "Staff Dev Projects," which may include cross‑team initiatives, work acceleration within your team, exploration of emerging technologies, addressing technical debt, or investing in the future of engineering at Jobber.
