Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define development strategies and execute plans aligned with business goals.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build high-quality, scalable web applications.
Develop and maintain user interfaces using React
JS with a strong focus on performance, security, accessibility, and usability.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
Integrate APIs and ensure smooth interaction between frontend and backend systems.
Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI code review or testing tools) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.
Participate in code reviews, ongoing work planning, and technical discussions.
Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges proactively with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or relevant field.
3+ years of professional experience with React
JS and frontend tools and frameworks (e.g., Redux, React Query, Webpack, Vite, or similar).
Experience with frontend frameworks/tools and integration with RESTful APIs and NodeJS.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their use in day‑to‑day development.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library); TDD is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
