Our B2B Developers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that Client builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of CPQ Jr. Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Develop custom solutions using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, Visual Force, SOSL, Lightning Components, integrations to third party solutions, etc.)
• Develop solutions based on requirements with direction from SA, and work to unit test work from the entire team.
• Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, team status meetings, bug reviews, and triaging, and contribute information to status, risk, and issue reports.
• Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW. Identify deviations and communicate to project leadership.
• Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, Dev Ops, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing system for assignments, bugs, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
• Implement enhancements, custom objects, and extensions including pleasing UI/UX screens. Utilize your expertise to address UI/UX requirements effectively in the B2B Space to design cutting-edge store fronts.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in SFDC Development using Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers.
• Minimum 3+ years in IT consulting.
• Minimum of 1 E2E project in the B2B space.
• Experience developing on the B2B Lightning product, minimum 2+ years of experience with Lightning web components, Aura, etc.
• 6 months of experience designing, implementing, or maintaining Cloud Craze Solutions.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years in the Salesforce development space.
• 10+ years of I.T. experience in the development space.
• Experience providing security controllers to users by using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, and OWD Setting.
• Experience with developing extensions using custom objects and adding custom fields, page layouts, record types, lookup relationship, master-detail relationships.
• Experience with RESTful Service Architecture is a plus; experience with API development is a plus.
• Knowledge of E2E Order Management lifecycle also appreciated but not a requirement.
• Experience with data migration using Data Loader.
• Understanding of Cloud Craze architecture (Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data models, customizations, and extensions.
• Nice to have:
  Cloud Craze or B2B Lightning configuration experience and system administration.
• Technical skills related to Apex, ability to design and develop Visualforce pages and other programming languages desirable.
