Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both hardware and software engineering roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific role requirements, team needs, and technical skill sets.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates for both hardware (robotic systems, embedded systems, electronics) and software (software development, AI, machine learning, robotics programming) positions.
- Evaluate and assess technical candidates through coding challenges, technical interviews, and discussions about project experience to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key technical roles, with a focus on both current and future hiring needs.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for technical interviews and candidate evaluations, as well as competitive compensation and market trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback throughout the interview process.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, specifically with a focus on both hardware (embedded systems, robotics hardware, electronics) and software (software development, AI, machine learning, robotics programming) engineering roles.
- Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, including hardware and software concepts, to effectively assess candidates.
- Experience using technical screening tools, coding challenges, and conducting technical interviews for both hardware and software positions.
- Strong network within the hardware and software engineering talent pools, with the ability to source, engage, and close top talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical candidates and explain the company’s vision and opportunities clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems, Linked In, Git Hub, and other engineering‑focused recruitment platforms.
