We are seeking a full-time Rope Access Technician (IRATA Level
1) for on-site work in Vancouver, BC. The role involves performing high-rise and hard-to-access building maintenance tasks using specialized rope access techniques. Key responsibilities include window cleaning, exterior painting, concrete repairs, inspections, and pressure washing. Technicians will be expected to operate in compliance with safety protocols and ensure a high standard in service execution.

• Proficiency in Working at Height and Work at Height safety protocols is required.
• Demonstrated skills in Window Cleaning and Rope Access techniques, with IRATA Level 1 certification.
• Ability to perform Inspection tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness and comfort working in high and challenging locations.
• Previous experience in building maintenance or restoration roles is a plus.
• Valid certifications related to rope access and safety training are mandatory.
