• Guide work, answer questions, solve problems in real time.
• Work on tools, set the pace for the crew, and support critical phases.
• Execute electrical work per drawings, specifications, and code.
• Coordinate layout rough‑in to final turnover.
• Track daily progress, flag risks, and monitor productivity and material usage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Collaborate with project management and other trades.
• Train and mentor journeymen, apprentices, and support onboarding.
• Hold the crew accountable to safety, quality, and professionalism standards.

• Red Seal Electrician required.
• 5+ years commercial electrical construction experience.
• 2+ years experience as Foreman or Lead Hand.
• Strong technical understanding: reading and interpreting drawings, code, troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore or similar).
• Excellent organization, detail orientation, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, dependable, and a team‑first leader.

• Annual Salary:
  Starting at $50/hr.
• Health benefits program.
• Vacation: 2 weeks to begin.
• Full‑time, in‑person role, on site Monday‑Friday.
