Responsibilities:
Preparing and communicating sales quotes and product specifications; coordinating deliveries with customers; tracking shipments; controlling inventory.Resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.Recruiting and managing staff; training and developing teams.Participating in sales initiatives and trade shows.Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Generating reports and monitoring performance indicators.Skills and qualifications :
College diploma in sales/marketing or related field5-8 years of experience in sales or customer service, with progressive responsibilityMinimum 3 years of supervisory experienceBusiness development skills and mechanical aptitudeExcellent communication skills and analytical abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computer skillsSelf-motivation, organization, and results orientation
