As our Inside Sales Advisor, you’ll turn inquiries into solutions — and solutions into long-term client relationships. This is consultative sales with heart. You’ll guide customers to the right products, manage timelines, and confidently close the loop.

• Guide customers by phone and email to find their ideal backdrop solution
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Own follow-ups and timelines from inquiry to delivery
• Collaborate with design and production teams
• Manage multiple projects without missing a detail
• Support customers with shipping questions and urgent deadlines
• Keep CRM records sharp and accurate (details matter here)

• 3+ years of product sales experience preferred
• Confidence handling high-volume communication
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Independence and accountability
• Professional, reliable, and driven
