Alera is the creator of Zensa Topical Anaesthetic, one of the fastest growing pharma skin care products in the medspa and tattoo markets (@zensaskin on IG). We are seeking a full-time, motivated Sales Coordinator to support the BTB sales team in a manner that is consistent with Alera’s Life & Style guide. Having experienced tremendous growth over the past five years, the Sales Coordinator will help further drive Alera’s sophisticated and respected brand within the wellness space by being a contributing team player.
DescriptionAs the Sales Coordinator, you report to the Senior Sales Manager. The Sales Coordinator plays a critical operational role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across clients, reporting and internal coordination. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, cross-functional communication and be a contributing factor to Alera’s strategic plan to be an industry leader.
General Responsibilities- Process and manage all incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues and invoicing questions
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
- Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports
- Monitor A/R aging and follow up on outstanding payments as needed
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinate samples shipments and marketing materials to clients
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Provide excellent customer service with clients and leads
- Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and up to date
- Play a supportive role for the sales team by helping out with admin needs
- Assist in preparation and travel to wellness conventions located in major cities across Canada & USA
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations
- Support implementation of sales tools and systems
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
- Ability to travel across Canada and USA
- Proven track record of being reliable and a positive team presence
- Strong understanding of being a supportive team member
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
