looking for a high‑energy Inside Sales Representative

Join our North American team when we’re scaling aggressively. You’ll own the territory from first outreach to close, converting SMB beauty and wellness businesses onto the Fresha platform. You’ll also qualify high‑value opportunities and hand them off to senior outbound BDMs, becoming a critical connector in our revenue engine. What

You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close for SMB beauty and wellness accounts.
  • Execute high‑volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email and social to generate and convert new business.
  • Deliver compelling virtual product demos that connect Fresha’s platform to each business’s pain points and growth goals.
  • Identify and qualify higher‑value opportunities, and partner with senior outbound BDMs to hand them off within their territories.
  • Run sharp discovery calls to understand how prospects run their business today and where Fresha can make an immediate impact.
  • Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM pipeline so your forecast is always trustworthy and your activity metrics tell the right story.
  • Share real‑time market feedback from prospect conversations to sharpen our positioning against competitors.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to ensure new partners get a smooth, high‑quality onboarding experience.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets on calls, demos and revenue.
  • Speed to Lead:
    Respond to all inbound leads within 10 minutes. This is a non‑negotiable SLA and a core performance metric for this role.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR or BDR roles with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Experience selling SaaS, point‑of‑sale, payments or technology to SMBs.
  • Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments.
  • A confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust quickly.
  • Highly organized with disciplined CRM habit and ability to manage a fast‑moving pipeline.
  • Resilient, coachable and genuinely motivated by targets and team wins.
Strong Advantage
  • Background in or genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry, whether as a professional, client or seller.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms, booking software or payment technology.
  • Familiarity with inside sales tools:
    Salesforce, Outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator or similar.
  • Experience qualifying and handing off enterprise or high‑value deals to senior account executives.
