• Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, and managing distribution in a designated territory
• Utilize fact‑based selling tools to secure new product distribution and present promotional ideas
• Sell and execute corporate promotions to enhance in‑store presence
• Develop and execute annual business plans with management
• Provide feedback on merchandising programs and recommend adjustments

• Previous selling, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Passion for sales and merchandising
• Willingness to learn and drive business results
• Experience in a similar role within the food industry
