Celestial Systems is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence across Western North America. You’ll lead strategic engagements with enterprise clients in Financial Services, Energy, and SaaS, focusing on large-scale modernization and AI initiatives.

Location:

Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Salary: CA $70,000.00 - CA $75,000.00.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise prospects and existing customers.
  • Build trusted executive relationships (CIO, CDO, VP Data/AI).
  • Partner with Microsoft and Dataiku field sellers for joint go-to-market execution.
  • Lead complex deal cycles ($250K–$1M+), from initial pitch to close.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership to shape proposals and solution roadmaps.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to refine Celestial’s Data/AI GTM offerings.
  • Represent Celestial at industry events and partner programs across the West Coast.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of enterprise sales experience in consulting, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deep understanding of cloud, data modernization, and AI services.
  • Experience working with hyperscaler or ISV partners (Microsoft, Snowflake, Dataiku).
  • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Western North America as needed.
