With a portfolio of leading platforms this organisation supports thousands of purpose-driven organisations across the globe to grow donations, deepen supporter relationships, and streamline operations.
Following strong growth across North America, they are now hiring an Inside Account Executive (Inbound) to focus on the SMB segment.
This is a high-velocity, inbound-led role — ideal for a SaaS seller who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys closing efficiently, and wants to work qualified leads rather than prospecting outbound.
What You’ll Be DoingAs an Inside Account Executive, you’ll manage a steady flow of inbound leads with your focus on delivering sharp demos and managing quick sales cycles in the SMB space.
- Manage and convert inbound leads across the SMB segment
- Run structured discovery calls to understand client needs
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and trends
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting quota
- Experience managing high-velocity or SMB sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once
Salary Package:
$75K-$80K base salary + commission (OTE $150k-$160k)
