Sales Development Representative
A global SaaS group powering the nonprofit and faith-based sectors is expanding its North American team in Vancouver.
With a portfolio of leading platforms this organisation supports thousands of purpose-driven organisations across the globe to grow donations, deepen supporter relationships, and streamline operations.
Backed by strong growth and a clear expansion strategy, they are now hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel their North American expansion.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career - currently working in a sales-motion role (BDR, lead generation, retail sales, customer-facing sales, recruitment, hospitality sales, or similar) who wants to break into tech sales.
What You’ll Be DoingAs an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to generate and qualify new business opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Prospect and generate new outbound opportunities via phone, email, and Linked In
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with nonprofit decision-makers
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRM
- Collaborate closely with AEs and marketing to refine messaging
- Consistently achieve monthly meeting and opportunity targets
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- High level of coachability and willingness to learn
- Competitive mindset and goal orientation
- Organised and process-driven
- Genuine interest in technology and building a career in SaaS
$50K-$65K base salary + commission (OTE $75K-$80K)
