The RoleAs an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you’ll represent a nationally recognised client across in‑store promotions, pop‑up events, and retail activations throughout Greater Vancouver. Your focus will be engaging customers, explaining products and services clearly, and contributing to campaign performance through positive, professional interactions.
This is a practical, face‑to‑face role — no desk work and no cold calling. You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you develop strong communication skills and commercial awareness from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing- Speaking with customers in retail and event environments
- Learning how to present products and services confidently
- Creating positive, professional customer interactions
- Working toward daily and weekly performance goals
- Supporting team activity and campaign delivery
- Assisting with basic setup, presentation, and breakdown of promotional areas
- Taking part in coaching sessions and team development workshops
- Individuals at the start of their career or exploring a new direction
- Confident communicators, or those keen to develop those skills
- People who enjoy working with others and staying active
- Candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, promotions, or customer service (helpful, not required)
- Reliable, professional team players with a positive attitude
No previous sales experience is required — training is provided.
