As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Specialist ready to close deals, grow accounts, and build a high-income sales career in a fast-moving industry.

The RoleAs a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for converting opportunities into revenue and growing long-term wholesale partnerships.
You’ll work directly with experienced Senior Sales Specialists and leadership, to help you generate pipeline opportunities, close new accounts and expand existing ones.
What You'll Do- Close new wholesale accounts (dispensaries, smoke shops, lifestyle retailers).
- Grow and manage an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Present and sell WCG’s 7,000+ SKU product offering.
- Build strong relationships with owners and buyers.
- Educate customers on products, promotions, and merchandising.
- Manage prospective sales pipeline and track performance in Hub Spot CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions.
- Attend trade shows or travel for key account visits as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance, accountability, and income growth.
What We’re Looking For- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven closing track record.
- Strong hunter mentality and ability to grow existing accounts.
- Confident, persuasive communicator.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Knowledge of cannabis accessories or wholesale distribution is an asset.
- High integrity and professionalism.
Drive, resilience, and coachability are just as important as experience.
