We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to support and grow pulp & paper customers across Greater Vancouver. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic account management to deliver value, strengthen relationships, and drive business results.
** What You’ll Do
*** Manage and grow a portfolio of key pulp & paper accounts in the Greater Vancouver region.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision makers and influencers.
* Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and expand product usage.
* Conduct regular strategy discussions with customer leadership to understand needs and align solutions.
* Provide on-site technical service, troubleshooting, and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
* Ensure strong revenue retention and price capture while delivering consistent service quality.
* Use digital tools to analyze customer data and support continuous improvement.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Strong technical background in chemicals, water treatment, industrial processes, or pulp & paper operations; especially recovery boilers, cooling towers and wastewater
* Proven experience managing key accounts and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
* Ability to identify new opportunities and communicate value propositions effectively.
* Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with comfort working independently.
* Strong computer skills and ability to interpret operational data.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer-service abilities.
* Must be located in the Greater Vancouver area and able to work on-site with customers.
* Valid Driver's License & Clean Motor Vehicle Record
