The Role (This is a true Hunter)This is a new client acquisition role. You will be responsible for cold outreach, with a heavy in-person component across Greater Vancouver (drop-ins, coffee meetings, site visits) plus phone/email/Linked In follow-up.
You will never build or send quotes — a support team handles pricing/quoting so you can stay focused on outreach, qualification, and closing.
Once an account is shipping consistently and we’ve got a strong hold of the relationship (lanes mapped, stakeholders clear, freight flowing in a groove), it transitions to our servicing team so you can stay focused on bringing in the next new account.
Who you’ll sell to- Supply Chain Directors / Managers
- Shipping / Logistics / Transportation Managers
- Operations leaders involved in freight decisions
- Prospect and target shippers that fit our services (truckload, LTL/partial, intermodal where it fits, cross-border, and project/flatbed/OD when applicable)
- Run outbound daily: in-person + phone/email/Linked In
- Book and run discovery meetings to understand lanes, frequency, pain points, incumbent setup, and decision process
- Coordinate quoting internally and drive next steps to first win
- Bring on new accounts and grow them into repeat freight with a steady cadence before transitioning to service
- Keep clean CRM notes so the team can execute without guessing
- 3–5+ years in outbound sales (logistics/freight is a strong asset)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
- Strong discovery skills and follow-up discipline
Direct, confident communicator (human, not cheesy) - Organized enough to run your week without being chased
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling locally for meetings

Compensation Details- Base: $50,000–$70,000
- Commission: uncapped (paid on collected results)
- OTE: $140,000–$220,000
