Your new role
The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs. You will handle iing inquiries, resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery. The role involves preparing and submitting quotes, reviewing existing accounts for upsell opportunities such as additional visits, coil cleanings, BAS services, or monitoring solutions, and creating revised proposals for client presentation.
You will also maintain accurate equipment lists and service details, coordinate with service technicians, and support account retention through regularmunication and customer feedback. Shared opportunities with other sales representatives may involvemission splitting, reflecting a collaborative team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Success in this role requires at least five years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the mechanical or HVAC sector. A diploma in a related business field is preferred, and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed is essential. Strongmunication skills, customer‑focused problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key attributes for this position.
