Role Summary As the Business Development Specialist, you will generate new relationships by following up on leads and guiding prospects through the qualification and application process.
You will review Spa Partner Applications, receive target call lists from various sources, and proactively engage with leads to identify potential new Eminence Spa Partners.
You will work closely with assigned territory’s Outside Sales Representatives and Outside Sales Managers to convert leads into active accounts and provide each prospective Spa Partner with an excellent first impression of Eminence.
In this role, you will report to the Business Development Team Lead.
Responsibilities Receive new Spa Partner Applications and begin the review process by conducting research, collaborating with the Outside Sales teams, and following up with each applicant Qualify leads: complete discovery call and gather lead information and business needs; explain Eminence partnership expectations regarding licensing (facility and staff), opening orders and minimum order amounts Follow up with leads after initial contact to confirm receipt of sample prospecting orders.
Meet regularly with Outside Sales Representatives and Outside Sales Managers to discuss territory strategy, lead pipeline, and collaborate on actions and approach to new business Complete follow-up with all leads generated from in-person and virtual tradeshows within a strict 48-hour timeframe (approx.
