TechPOS is a retail technology company supporting licensed retailers across Canada and the U.S. We provide POS, eCommerce, and store management tools designed to help operators stay compliant, run efficiently, and grow their business. Our team works closely with retailers from onboarding through day-to-day operations, with hands-on support and training.

Role Description

We are hiring a B2B Outbound Sales Representative for an on-site role in Vancouver.

This is a phone-first, cold calling role
. Most of your day will be spent calling retailers, starting conversations, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for our sales team.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the phone and wants to build real outbound sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to retailers from our Vancouver office
  • Open conversations and introduce TechPOS clearly and confidently
  • Qualify prospects based on store size, setup, and timing
  • Book demos and meetings for Account Executives
  • Handle basic objections and route more complex questions appropriately
  • Log calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Use scripts as a framework while keeping conversations natural
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
  • Meet daily and monthly call activity and booked-meeting goals
Qualifications
  • Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups and CRM updates
  • Basic technical skills, including CRM usage and data entry
  • Self-motivated and reliable in an on-site work environment
  • Interest in technology and or high-compliance retail is an asset
