Wholesale Sales Representative

Kafiex Roasters Vancouver, WA

Kafiex Roasters is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow and support our wholesale partnerships. This role is responsible for developing new wholesale relationships, managing assigned accounts, and supporting long-term customer success through sales, service, and light technical support.

This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands relationship-driven selling and is excited to represent an award-winning roastery.

Required Experience

  • Previous sales experience is required
  • Experience in the beverage industry is required
  • Coffee industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required

Compensation

  • Hourly, non-exempt position
  • Base pay equivalent to $65,000+ annually, based on a standard 40-hour workweek
  • Eligible for commission on wholesale coffee sales and espresso machine sales
  • Commission is paid quarterly and based on collected revenue, as outlined in the Compensation Summary

Role Expectations

This position includes both sales and relationship management responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Developing new wholesale accounts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale partners
  • Presenting and discussing Kafiex Roasters coffees, programs, and values with customers
  • Supporting customers with basic technical troubleshooting, including:
  • Espresso dialing
  • Grind adjustments
  • Brew calibration
  • Demonstrating introductory barista skills when appropriate
  • Participating in espresso machine sales discussions in coordination with leadership
  • Maintaining a manual activity log, available upon request

This role does not function as a dedicated trainer, but candidates must be comfortable supporting customers at an introductory technical level during on-site visits.
