In this role, you will:
Responds to rental inquiries via various channels.Enters leads in CRM, ensuring accurate traffic data and reporting.Conducts comparison shops with competitors.Meets/exceeds monthly rental goals.Interview prospective residents to determine needs and promote suitable Minto products.Tours prospects through properties, suites, and amenities.Invites and assists with online applications, overcoming objections.Verifies applicant suitability (credit/income checks).Collects rent deposits (varies by province).Optimizes occupancy.Ensures properties and vacant suites are “show-ready.”Manages “walk-in” prospects, answers inquiries, and assesses needs.Greets clients at the rental office.Maintains knowledge of Minto products and communities.Collaborates with marketing and revenue management to optimize media use and trends.Encourages renewals from existing residents.Provides feedback on leasing incentives and rental rates.Adheres to applicable legislation (Health and Safety, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA, Human Rights).Performs other duties as requested.We would like you to have:
High School Diploma is required. Post-secondary education in a sales or marketing discipline would be considered an asset.A minimum of two (2) years of sales experienceRental Property Management License with BCFSAAvailability to work evenings and weekendsProficiency in Salesforce and Yardi is considered an AssetValid Driver’s license and vehicle is preferredHigh energy with a desire to work in a fast-paced environmentOur future is better together.
