What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with Sales and Success teams to develop strategies that position the employer as a preferred solution provider
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify client requirements and challenges
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to social media leaders
  • Manage trials and facilitate customer workshops to demonstrate the value of the employer’s solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor on social strategy and product offerings to clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Extensive experience in Solutions Consulting or relevant agency experience
  • College or university degree/diploma or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong ability to explain solutions and their business value
  • Knowledge of social use cases in marketing, social selling, advocacy, and service
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches and clear presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Industry knowledge in key markets such as Financial Services, Government, Higher Education, Travel, and Healthcare
  • Familiarity with related technologies like media production, adtech, and martech
  • A creative mindset with a focus on innovation and customer service
