Full Time | $80K Base Salary with an OTE of $185K

Our client is a fast-growing digital media organization representing some of the most advanced programmatic advertising technologies in North America. They are looking to add a Senior Digital Sales Executive to their team. They deliver full funnel digital solutions including mobile location-based advertising, programmatic display and video, CTV, and both traditional and digital Out of Home.

We are seeking a driven, strategic sales professional with strong digital and OOH media experience. If you excel in a hunter style role, enjoy building relationships across agencies and brands, and thrive in a results focused environment, this is an exceptional opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a high activity sales pipeline across key industries in the Prairie Region.
  • Prospect using calls, email, CRM sequences, Linked In, and in person networking.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored digital and OOH solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, close contracts, and consistently hit meeting, proposal, and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal digital specialists to design campaigns and present performance results.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Drive renewals and upsells by delivering strong client value.
What You Bring
  • 5 to 7+ years in digital advertising sales (Programmatic Display/DSP, CTV, mobile, digital and traditional OOH).
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning, attribution, optimization, and campaign strategy.
  • Existing agency and brand relationships in Alberta; relationships across Saskatchewan or Manitoba are a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow accounts across SMB and mid market to enterprise.
  • Skilled presenter with the ability to engage both agency environments and direct brand clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred), Linked In Sales Navigator, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A self motivated, goal oriented mindset with a consistent history of exceeding targets.
