As a Diamond Consultant you lead customers through the Spence Experience, building trust and guiding them to the perfect diamond or product.

• Guide clients through our unique Spence Experience.
• Own the stage and deliver our diamond presentation.
• Maintain sales activity and practice to keep skills sharp.

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Total earnings typically range from CA $90,000 to CA $120,000+. The compensation plan includes a base salary of CA $50,000 plus commissions and annual bonuses, structured based on market standards.

This full‑time position requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and evenings on a rotating schedule, as we are open 7 days a week.
