This is a highâimpact, territoryâdriven role for a consultative seller who thrives on building relationships, owning their pipeline, and winning in a competitive, inâperson market.

- Primary focus: Western Canada (Vancouver, Victoria, BC corridor through Banff/Calgary with Ontario as a secondary focus)
- Travel: Meaningful inâperson engagement throughout Western Canada required (~20â25% typically, up to ~50% during peak seasons or events)

- Own Your Pipeline: At least 70% of your closed deals will come from your own outbound hustle.
- Lead HighâImpact Demos: Host 2+ engaging demos daily, showing hoteliers why Mews is the gameâchanger they need.
- Drive Results: Manage a pipeline to consistently close $375k+ CAD ARR per year, with deals averaging $7k+ CAD.
- Spark Conversations: Make 100+ outbound activities each weekâqualifying prospects, generating momentum, and building relationships.
- Sell Strategically: Use accountâbased strategies, storytelling, and valueâdriven selling to move deals forward.
- Influence DecisionâMakers: From GMs to Finance and Ops leaders, youâll tailor your approach to win over every stakeholder.
- Iterate & Improve: Use data insights to refine your outreach, positioning, and sales strategyâalways staying ahead of the curve.
- Deliver Under Pressure: Mews moves fast. Youâll thrive in the pace and deliver impact when it matters most.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record of smashing ~$375K+ CAD ARR quotas
, with handsâon outbound pipeline generation. - Experience closing deals averaging ~$7K+ CAD in a multiâstep, fastâpaced sales cycle.
- Skill in engaging and closing multiâstakeholder deals, adapting your approach to each audience.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Canada.
- Fluency in English.
- Hospitality SaaS experience preferred
