Responsibilities- Drive B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical, targeting property management companies and property managers.
- Engage clients using outbound marketing, cold calls, emails and outreach campaigns.
- Schedule and lead in‑person and virtual sales presentations. Showcase Amazon Key solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships, guiding prospects from interest to installation.
- Position Amazon Key as the preferred access solution by understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities, sales pipeline and market feedback to the Sales Team Manager.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling to maximize sales impact.
- Represent Amazon Key with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Perform any other duties as needed to drive marketing and sales success.
- Experience in outbound marketing, lead generation or B2B sales, preferably targeting property managers or real estate professionals.
- Proven ability to drive engagement through cold calling, email outreach and prospecting strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to convey Amazon Key’s value.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized and capable of managing a high‑volume outreach pipeline.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Required to work either in Mississauga office or in the field five days a week based on business needs.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasional in‑person meetings.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Competitive compensation package, including base pay, commissions and incentives that can total up to $70,000 per year.
