DescriptionAs a Senior Account Manager, you'll bridge the business and technical worlds, designing and enabling innovative advertising opportunities that drive meaningful business outcomes for TELUS and its partners. You will be a key contributor in the Connected Products & Experiences team, building advertising solutions from the ground up and opening new sales opportunities, customer acquisitions, and revenue growth.

You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to build lasting market strategies while maintaining the autonomy to identify, source, pitch, define, negotiate, and close digital advertising revenues.
This role offers the rare combination of strategic influence, creative freedom, and direct revenue impact, all while working with cutting‑edge advertising products in CTV/OTT, Video/Display, DOOH, Audio, and Native advertising.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth in media sales.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, inbound lead management, and active participation in industry conferences and events.
- Drive sales growth within your territory by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision‑makers at advertising agencies, brands, and media buying organizations.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop ideal digital solutions, creating and delivering compelling proposals through multiple channels.
- Act as an industry thought‑leader, proactively gathering and sharing insights, impacts, challenges, and solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive product innovation that meets evolving market demands.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain sales focus and build robust, forward‑thinking market strategies.
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, agencies, and stakeholders across the media industry.
- A well‑honed communication skill set and compelling presentation delivery that captivates both technical and non‑technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have a great combination of adaptability, resilience in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments coupled with a very creative thinking mind that is able to juggle with strong analytical capabilities that drive innovative solutions.

- You bring 5+ years of sales executive experience to the table combined with strong existing relationships within major Canadian media agencies and Vancouver‑based advertisers.
- You possess deep knowledge of CTV/OTT, Video/Display, DOOH, Audio, and Native advertising best practices and hands‑on experience with digital advertising platforms including Ad Server, DSP/SSP, and DMP/CDP technologies.
- You demonstrate expertise in sales planning, execution, and performance reporting.
- Education/Special Certification:
Relevant experience in media sales, digital advertising, or related fields.
