Base Salary – $52,500 + Profit Sharing
We are currently seeking new or recent graduates to join our Management Development Program. This is a full‑time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing.
Successful candidates may be required to relocate within Canada to complete their training; relocation assistance will be provided.
Role OverviewAs a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4‑phase program that exposes you to every aspect of our business – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development. You will develop a personal sales territory, provide world‑class customer service, and receive guidance and support from managers and teammates across Canada.
Program OutlineWarehouse and Customer Service – Build product knowledge and gain hands‑on experience with logistics, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory & pricing controls, credit management, and financial statements.
Customer Relationships and Procurement – Manage large‑scale projects, build customer and vendor relationships, read blueprint drawings, and create material quotes.
Account Management and Proactive Sales – Find new business opportunities, learn to sell products, negotiate contracts, expand the customer base, and create level‑5 customer partnerships.
Leadership and Operations – Provide strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, coach, and set vision and strategy.
- University degree or college diploma – all disciplines considered.
- Positive attitude and results‑oriented mindset.
- Desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills; build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interest in sales.
- Valid driver’s license.
