OverviewAs the frontline sales champion and technical expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor in customers’ homes. You will install, maintain, and support a range of services—including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone—while educating customers and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Responsibilities- Act as the face and voice of TELUS, meeting customers in their homes to install, maintain, and support services.
- Provide on‑site support and highlight sales opportunities designed to help customers maximize their TELUS experience.
- Educate customers face‑to‑face on new and existing products, increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and recommend solutions that make customers’ lives easier.
- Combines technical aptitude with sales passion and gets energized by exceeding targets.
- Loves solving technical challenges while identifying opportunities to grow customer value.
- Thrives on building customer relationships through expert service delivery and consultative selling.

Qualifications- Passionate about sales with proven ability to exceed targets through technical expertise.
- Excellent at consultative selling and able to turn service calls into sales opportunities.
- Driven by solutions‑based selling and enjoys recommending products and services to enhance customer life.
- Natural technical aptitude and passion for technology, with proficient knowledge of consumer electronics.
- Strong objection handling and building trust through technical competence.
- Collaborative teamwork with independent work under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and perform well under time constraints.
- Normal colour vision required to work with colour‑coded wiring.
- Capable of physically demanding workload: standing, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, crawling in confined spaces, working indoors/outdoors.
- Flexible to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, and out‑of‑town assignments.
- Fluent in English, clear and persuasive communication; additional languages beneficial.
- Professional written and oral communication skills.
- Continuous learner, both formal and informal.
- Can meet applicable testing requirements.
- Proven customer service and sales experience.
- Clean and valid full Class 5 driver’s licence (or equivalent); driver’s abstract required.
- Completed minimum of Grade 11 Math; transcripts and/or diplomas required.
- Previous experience or education in telecommunications or security is an asset.
