Associate Managers are leaders who have either not yet independently managed a retail store but who have experience in leadership or supervision. You are responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in the following areas:

  • Customer experience - Leading by example to create amazing customer experiences.
  • Team Development - Effective coaching and ongoing development of team members, developing a thriving krew.
  • Store Performance – Sales goals and other performance indicators
  • Managing schedules, customer information, membership programs, and inventory
  • compensation + work week
    • Base wage with performance-based bonuses.
    • You must be available full time and to work weekend days as needed. (Typical shifts: Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hours a week)
    • 3 month probationary period in job offer
