Canntina Cannabis is seeking a new store manager for our Nelson St. location. You will lead daily operations, grow the leadership team, and uphold our commitment to excellence in customer service. Key duties include training staff, implementing SOPs, creating an engaging in‑store experience, maintaining inventory compliance, analyzing sales data, scheduling, and driving revenue growth.

• Encourage a culture of inclusion, positivity, education, and creativity.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
• Deliver high consumer engagement, meet sales goals, and elevate brand reputation.
• Monitor guest volume and flow; manage line, parking, and staff redeployment to optimize experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, and provincial cannabis regulations.
• Monitor inventory to keep out‑of‑stock incidents to a minimum; communicate with the company buyer.
• Use data to drive pricing, margins, labor costs, and other expenses to meet profitability objectives.
• Plan and monitor sales, expenses, and labor; track progress against targets.
• Accountable for annual retail sales performance.

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variable schedule to support demand.
• Superior communication skills.
• Understanding of basic operational fundamentals.
• Knowledge of budget concepts and ability to manage budgets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Comfortable discussing recreational cannabis with customers.
• Provincial cannabis training certificate and valid criminal record check.

Full‑time, Permanent. Salary: $52,000–$65,000 per year.
