As a member of the store team
, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, and you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating the team each day. You will align the entire team on driving sales

• Experience in a similar retail management field; years of experience required vary based on the position
• Experience with buying & merchandising is secure ideal
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability and motivate direct reports

• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
• Ability to travel when required, both domestic and international
