Food Service Manager – Kosher Dining Program
Vancouver Talmud Torah School is excited to welcome a Food Service Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operation of our new, fully kosher dining program. This role is central to creating a warm, engaging, and nourishing dining experience for our students, faculty, and broader school community.
The Food Service Manager will oversee daily culinary operations, support a strong service-focused team, and bring creativity and care to a kosher-certified dining program that reflects our school’s values. While the position is employed through our professional food service partner, Aramark, the role works closely with the school community and is an integral part of daily school life. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a school environment, and takes pride in building welcoming spaces where community gathers.
Responsibilities- Lead the launch and day-to-day operation of the fully kosher dining program.
- Oversee daily culinary operations and support a service-focused team.
- Bring creativity and care to a kosher-certified dining program that reflects the school’s values and fosters a welcoming community.
- Collaborate with Vancouver Talmud Torah School and Aramark, the professional food service partner, to ensure alignment with school life and standards.
