In the role of Catering Lead
, you will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that our guests receive great food and service. You will be responsible to prepare and deliver all catered orders accurately and on time. You will also use your marketing and sales skills to generate new business for catering at Panera Bread.

This is a first shift position – typically Monday‑Friday (occasionally Saturdays) – hours are generally early morning to mid-afternoon. You can make GREAT TIPS!

• Own the success of the catering operations
• Take, place and prepare catering orders and teach others to do so effectively
• Maintain an accurate and detailed guest database, collect payments and follow up with guests to guarantee satisfaction
• Keep a tidy and clean work area while following all safety and sanitation procedures
• Show a positive interaction with all team members, managers and guests consistently

• You have a valid driver licence, clean drivers record and reliable transportation for local deliveries
• You have proof of insurance
• You have excellent customer service skills – polite, courteous, respectful, and maintain a professional appearance.
• You are organised and detail oriented
• You can communicate effectively with guests and teammates
• You can work a flexible schedule with early start times
• You are over the age of 18
• You have food service or retail sales experience (preferred but not required)
• You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach, push, pull and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
