  • Terms of employment:
    Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $55,000~$60,000/year (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours:

    30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 2
  • 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals listed on the menu
  • Oversee and guide kitchen staff in food preparation to maintain consistency and ensure adherence to recipes
  • Ensure food meets quality standards
  • Order and requisition food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Estimate the quantities and costs of food and supplies
  • Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Track and maintain records of food costs, usage, sales, and inventory
  • May be involved in the hiring process of kitchen staff

Job requirements:

  • Experience:

    2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
  • Education:

    Completion of Secondary School is required
