About

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Commercial Property Manager‑ Industrial to join our team of real estate professionals on an 18‑month contract. As the Commercial Property Manager‑ Industrial, you will operate with integrity, professionalism, and accountability to enhance the operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance of commercial properties, while prioritizing the best interests of the property owner or Landlord.

What

You’ll Do
  • Maintain strong communication with tenants, owners, stakeholders, and contractors while acting with integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Responsiveness to tenants, owners, stakeholders, contractors, is prompt and calculated depending on the task or issue.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Maintenance Team.
  • Manage budgets with accuracy and fiscal responsibility.
  • Ensure all properties comply with relevant legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiates and administers service contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and building improvements with the assistance of the Operations Team.
  • Maintains property income through effective rent collection, parking revenue, signage revenue, and other methods of revenue practices.
  • Provide financial and operational reporting to owners within the set deadline.
  • Build meaningful relationships with tenants to encourage retention and build on the Bosa brand.
  • Stays updated on market trends, vacancy rates, and property values.
  • Resolves conflicts effectively while maintaining strong tenant satisfaction.
  • Uses property management software effectively to track tasks and finances.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager.
  • Proven experience acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, sound judgment, and accountability.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Hands‑on experience managing operating budgets, forecasting, expense control, and variance analysis with a strong understanding of fiscal responsibility.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong tenant relationships, resolve conflicts effectively, and drive tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Proficient in property management software and financial reporting tools.

The expected base salary range for this role is $72,600 to $99,800. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
