Position: Property Coordinator (Part-time) Reside Management

Reside Management is a progressive property management company specializing in single-unit residential rentals across the Lower Mainland. We focus on delivering a reliable and professional experience to both landlords and tenants. As we grow, we’re seeking a flexible, detail-oriented Part-Time Property Coordinator (contractor) to support both our Operations and Leasing departments in the field and remotely.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Assist with property access and documentation during move-in, move-out, and routine property visits under the guidance of licensed staff and company procedures
  • Attend and assist with showings by providing property access
  • Support tenant rental application processing, including collecting documents and verifying application completeness
  • Collect, process, and verify onboarding information such as Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) forms, tenant contact info, and lease documentation
  • Coordinate document follow-up with landlords and tenants for onboarding to our rental system
  • Digitally organize and save records (e.g., deposit cheques, lease agreements, disclosure forms)
  • Set up tenant and landlord accounts in the rental software
  • Prepare and send out standardized notices (e.g., rent increases) based on templates approved by licensed staff
  • Track and support payment of strata move-in/move-out fees
  • Assist with coordinating repairs and vendor appointments
  • Schedule inspections and appointments for licensed staff or inspection teams
  • Track tenant notices to vacate and confirm unit readiness for upcoming rentals
  • Support deposit return coordination to ensure deadlines are met as per legislation
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, coordination, or real estate-related experience
  • Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 5 or N) and reliable vehicle
  • Strong knowledge of Lower Mainland areas and neighbourhoods (must be comfortable navigating between cities)
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and coordinate between departments
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Excel, and cloud-based systems
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Whats App, WeChat, and Google Meet
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bonus:
    Mandarin-speaking or Buildium or Calendly experience
