Salary:$70,000+ (based on experience)
Type:Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of Strata Corporations and Residential Rental properties in Vancouver.
Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of strata and rental properties
- Liaison with strata councils, owners, and tenants
- Ensure compliance with the Strata Property Act, Regulations, and the Residential Tenancy Act
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and site inspections
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and reporting
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience
- Licensed with BCFSA
- Strong knowledge of Strata Property Act and Residential Tenancy Act
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
