About

The Role

Bosa Properties is looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the leasing process. By supporting deal flow, your contribution leads to faster lease executions, stronger tenant relationships, and smoother operations, all of which directly support the success and reputation of the leasing team and organization.

What

You'll Do
  • Respond to phone and e‑mail inquiries from prospects and brokers
  • Maintain online listing platforms and ensure marketing materials are current
  • Research, track, and maintain market comparable data
  • Maintenance and administration of the Leasing Team’s deal management platform, updating relevant transaction information as required
  • Coordinate documentation, manage deadlines, and support timely lease execution to reduce vacancy periods
  • Accurately track lease terms, critical dates, and compliance requirements
  • Conduct weekly deal reviews to monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and facilitate smooth handoffs between team members
  • Organize the electronic tenant files as needed
  • Coordinate and occasionally conduct property tours
  • Build and maintain relationships within the brokerage community
What You Bring
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role; commercial real estate experience is an asset
  • College or university degree strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong listening and collaboration skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat is an asset
  • Familiarity with leasing or asset management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Deal Manager, VTS) is an asset
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities; able to work independently and collaboratively
