Senior Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior
Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality strategy and execution within the consumer packaged goods (food, pharma, beverage or related experience) in the Vancouver area.
Responsibilities:Lead QA programs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain.Oversee quality systems including HACCP, GMPs, audits, and corrective actions.Partner with R&D, Operations, and Procurement to maintain product specifications and resolve quality issues.Manage supplier quality programs and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.Analyze quality trends, implement preventive measures, and drive root-cause analysis.Lead and develop the QA team to support company-wide quality objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.6-10+ years of QA experience in CPG or food / pharma / beverage or related manufacturing.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, SQF, GFSI, etc.).Proven leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience managing cross-functional initiatives.Salary in the range base plus bonus.
